This was most evident when Miss Universe 2015 and 51Talk’s new Philippine brand ambassador, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, put down her crown and rolled up her sleeves to help her fellow Filipinos during the pandemic by spreading the word about the need for 30,000 home-based online English teachers.
